Then the gaps grew longer. Three open issues were raised and met only with silence, small knocks on a door that would eventually stop answering. The last commit arrived on a Sunday in November 2022. Quietly. No announcement. hackathon-starter-kit simply set down its tools and did not pick them up again. Eighty-two souls forked it and carried pieces of it forward into their own projects, their own half-finished dreams. It was never officially archived. Perhaps that is right.
